2” Wood Blind Specifications:

Headrail: U-shaped 1 ½” high by 2 ¼” deep channel with a 1/8” lightblocking lip on the bottom center line

Wooden Bottomrail: Wood bottomrail, 5/8” high by 2” deep

Slats: Slats shall be made from hardwood and nominally 2” wide, by 1/8” thick

Ladder Drum: Ladder drums are made of high strength thermoplastic

Cord Lock: Metal cord lock shall be of a snap-in design and incorporate a floating shaft-type locking pin

Cord Tilter: Cord tilter is standard with a snap-in component

Square Tilt Rod: Tilt rod shall be electro-zinc coated solid steel

Braided Ladder: (Slat Supports) Material shall be 100% high tenacity polyester yarn.  Plated metal braided ladder clip shall be mechanically clinched to the end of each braided ladder to lock in holes of ladder drum.

Lift Cord: Lift cord shall be braided with polyester jacket and center core or an approved equal construction.  Lift cords shall be equipped with wooden tassels.

Cord Lock: Tilt Operation is located on left side of headrail.  Cord lock is located on right side of headrail.  Blinds less than 12” wide are tilt only.

End Support Brackets: Universal hinged cover end support brackets are made of phosphate treated steel with a prime coat of vinyl primer and a finish coat of baked on polyester enamel

Hold Down Brackets: Universal hold-down brackets for doors

Color: Color of headrail, bottomrail, ladder, cord and accessories shall coordinate with slats.  Plastic headrail components will be either white or black.

Size Limitations: Limitation on width and drop are as follows due to weight of blinds.  Widths between 12” and 48” with maximum drop of 120”.  Widths between 48 1/8” and 72” with a maximum drop of 84”.  Narrow width blinds between 9” and 11 7/8” have a maximum drop of 96”.

Arches: Arches are available with a frame charge of $100 to $150 (size dependent) per arch

Second Story Windows: Second story windows are available with a one time ladder charge of $150.00

Shutter Size Pricing Exception: Shutter sizes below 7 square feet will be charged the 7 square foot price

Delivery Time: Eight (8) weeks turn-around from the time we measure the window

Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty – 3 to 5 years on paint
